1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Cornerstone, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Cornerstone is an AI-powered newsletter platform designed for real estate professionals. We provide tools to generate, customize, and send email newsletters to your contacts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cornerstone.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cornerstone to:
- Send spam or unsolicited emails
- Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business communications
5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or send through Cornerstone — including text, images, and photos. By using our service you confirm that you have the legal right to use all content and images included in your newsletters. Cornerstone is not liable for any content sent by users.
6. Email Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable email laws including the CAN-SPAM Act. This means:
- You will only email people who have consented to receive communications from you
- You will honor all unsubscribe requests promptly
- You will include your physical mailing address in emails where required
- You will not use deceptive subject lines or sender information
7. Subscription and Billing
Cornerstone offers Free, Pro ($79/month), and Pro Plus ($149/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Cornerstone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cornerstone and are protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated newsletter content produced using our platform belongs to you.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination all your data will be permanently deleted.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cornerstone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of Cornerstone after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
